The North Carolina Museum of History (NCMoH) celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 lunar landing with the One Giant Leap festival on (appropriately) July 20, 2019. Exhibits inside included Buzz Aldrin's spacesuit and several Apollo-era artifacts.
There were activities outside, complete with a moon-gravity simulator. (Check out the back of the t-shirt that staff and volunteers wore!)
